« This stay was miserable. It was never disclosed that this property did not have proper working AC for the unit. The thermostat didn’t work at all and they had 1 portable AC unit in the living room area that was not strong enough to cover the whole unit so only the living room got somewhat cool. The temperature in the unit never dropped below 82 degrees the entire time of our stay. I had to go out and spend an additional $60 to have fans in the bedroom just to make it manageable. Not to mention...

« The studio apartment was very efficient and truly met all our needs. Nice quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The only thing I would recommend is the transom windows would probably need to be frosted as well as the door. In addition, additional hooks or towel racks would be appreciated. And a toaster would’ve been nice. Otherwise it was great thank you so much. »

"Très bel endroit, belle piscine et beaux décors. Grande chambre, bien insonorisée. Avons été upgradé sans l’avoir demandé. Nourriture au resto de type cafétéria correcte. Comment le Check in se fait(quantité de personne qui arrive vs personnel et comment ça se déroule) pourrait être grandement amélioré. Indication plus claire sur stationnement aussi serait apprécié lors de l’arrivée car les autos se stationnent et débarque devant l’hôtel alors que les autres véhicules attendent pour passer. Le petit stationnement pour Check in insuffisant. Personnel à la réception très gentil"
