'Outdated en beetje overprized'

'Stayed here for one night. Room was clean and very spacious. Bed was very good. Area around hotel has a lot of stores. And we grabbed breakfast from grandma’s kitchen which is just next door'

'Mooi pand met kunst ingerichte kamers. Kamers waren groot en goede badkamer. De haven was op loopafstand waar ook de restaurants zitten.'

'The room was very nice and very spacious with extra areas for sitting. The breakfast was wonderful, good variety and cooked to order. The pool was nice. Very good area around the hotel. You did have to pay for parking but they gave you $15 each day in the gift shop or restaurant which was very nice. Only thing was the cushions in the eating area need to be cleaned or replaced, they were dirty, some of them.'

'The location of the hotel is great to explore Monterey. Tge room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately there is no private parking, but there are lots nearby. Downside was the lack of A/C, which made us sleep with the windiws opdn,but that also brought noise in. Still a cute spot to stay at!'

'Beautiful, clean room and friendly staff. I loved the free water filling station on the first floor that allowed you to get flat or sparkling water plus you could get flavored sparkling water or hot water. You're a short 5 minute walk to Canary Row pier. '

'We love the location! Near Lighthouse, golf course, cemetery(quiet) and coastline. Room is spacious and charming. Fireplace is nice for chilly nights. We usually stay for a winter visit. This year was sunny and 60°, but also great when it's stormy.'

'Een echt Amerikaans motel, net zoals in de films. Auto voor de deur en een ijsmachine om de hoek. Het was schoon en ruim. We hadden een soort mini-keuken met een koelkast en magnetron. Dichtbij Monterey.'
