'Great amenities and restaurants. Very cool underground bridge to connect the 2 sides of the property. Really cool hot tubs on the rooftop. Great views of the ocean, and close to everything we needed.'

'Conveniently located within walking distance of the Monterey Bay Aquarium. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The valet, bellhop, and maid service people were especially courteous and attentive. Check-in was average; checkout person was rude. We had trouble sleeping because the bed was too soft. I think the mattress has seen better days. The room refrigerator was completely packed with in-room drinks. There was no room for us to put in our own water, snacks, or leftovers.'

'It is the perfect location for Carmel. Staff is outstanding and cleanliness is top notch. The room we had was a bit small for sure, but comfortable. The breakfast is healthy and tasty.'
