Flats in Red Bank - Tinton Falls

'The property is close to downtown, absolutely true. BUT, I have stayed in the main floor unit twice and the upstairs unit once over the past 3 years. The property is getting worse. There is NO effort in maintaining much less improving the property.The main shower leaks through to the basement, the smaller bathroom shower has no working light, the oven is broken, kitchen sink constantly leaks, two rolls of toilet paper, and the AC WASN'T working for our stay. 'This apt was very clean and comfortable. We are a group of 5 adult family members who previously resided in New Jersey. We always go back every July for the tomatoes and sweet Jersey corn. This place has a very nice kitchen and comfortable beds. The check in was flawless and the host was fast at communicating. I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back here next year!'

The o to recommendation I have would be to eventually change out the bed comforter, some pillows, and the mattress cover. I investigated a little too deeply and saw big brown stains on all of them which I understand comes from many guests using them and doing who knows what over time.
