'This resort was amazing. The staff were very attentive to all of our needs, and there was plentiful amount of variety of food to be had at this resort. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The people were very kind and willing to help out with anything. The bar was plentiful and nourishing. The café had amazing cold cuts and coffee, and the entertainment was to die for. This was an amazing experience for me and my fiancé, and we hope to enjoy everything.'

'Beautiful hotel and amazing food and service. Everything felt very luxurious and nothing was too much trouble. Beds were super comfortable too. Only issue we had was our room overlooked the marina side with a flat mosaic roof beyond our balcony and there was workman on the other side every day we were there, meaning the balcony was unusable.'

'The service was great from the time we arrived until we left. Huge factors are the way the staff treated us. Carolina was in charge of cleaning our room during our stay, she was so polite and always willing to help in any way she could. The drinks served by David at La Calle bar were delicious, he is very knowledgeable in his craft and very friendly. Not a fan of quesadillas but Mario sure found one I really loved and enjoyed it every morning. And lastly, Armando from Kopai just wow, he is very...

'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. They charge like 3 times the normal price. Ordinary cabs aren't allowed to pick up people from/nearby hotel. If you try to catch...

'Very nice, peaceful stay.'

'Our stay at Beloved Playa Mujeres in Cancun was absolutely wonderful! The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and romantic, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a little paradise. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was amazing from beginning to end. Every detail made our stay feel special, and we truly enjoyed the experience. I would definitely recommend Beloved to couples looking for a luxurious, intimate, and unforgettable getaway. We can’t...

'WOW! Did not expect such a beautiful stay as the one we had. My group had 2 rooms and they were both suites- ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. It was like a small apartment fully equipped with a washer and dryer! My parents absolutely loved this place. The entire staff was so pleasant especially the person who checked us in unfortunately I did for get his name. Very pleasant stay, we are so happy.'

'The resort staff was amazing!! The food was great, the speed was even better, water temperature really good!! Bars inside the pool were super cool, whole family had a blast!! I have 0 complaints. We will definitely go back.'

'Wonderful, will be back!'

'They try to sell you a timeshare. Very annoying. The view is not great. One side is construction. The other view is the pool. If you stare straight ahead you can see the ocen.'

'I really liked this hotel and the comfort it provides is unmatched. Every one of the staff members is really attentive and nice. The only reason I’m giving it 4 starts instead of 5 is the food. Out of all the restaurants around this hotel, just one met my expectations.'

'Uitstekend!!!'

'Nice stay at Punta Blanca Beach House. Spacious rooms and nicely decorated. For the price I would have expected more service. '

'Wij hebben hier een fijne vakantie gehad. Ruime kamer, schoon en supervriendelijk personeel. Minder fijn is het handdoek neerleggen om zonnebedden toe te eigenen. Het hotel zou daar beter op kunnen toezien.'

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen.

'Only the food it is ok but they need to have more option bc restaurants'
