'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'This RIU is wonderful for entertainment. There is something to do every night in the hotel and the RIU parties (which they provide a free shuttle). The rooms are large and extremely well maintained. Service is great from the time you arrive. Food and drinks are always available. This was a great stay!!'

'Lots of food options and great staff. Upon arrival, be aware that there may be marketing opportunities presented by a third-party company within the hotel, which somewhat wasted our time. Unfortunately, I forgot the name, but it ends with 'Collection.' Otherwise, everything else was amazing, and this establishment certainly does not hold back on quality. We will be back soon.'

'The room was very nice and had a great beach view but the air conditioner wasn't working well at all so the room stayed around 75 degrees F the entire stay so that was uncomfortable! Room service was great and the showers had good water pressure. '
