We were given a promotion upon booking of $1000 resort credits - if you wanted to use them you had to spend money which overall was a scam to get you to book so be weary of these promotions. 'Pros: The staff and service are excellent. No complaints about the food. Poolside services was amazing and always on point. Noe was great and was always readily available to take our orders next to the pool. Cons: The concierge who was trying to sell the vacation clubs was a little too pushy and annoying. 'I like their shows every night. But what I didn’t like about that resort was how they changed our room from 2 beds to 1 king bed and the room wasn’t ocean view. They wasted our time to move to different room after we complained. That wasn’t convenient. '
