'Really enjoyed our stay at Blue Inn. High quality accommodations in all respects. Right on beautiful beach. The staff was always available and helpful. Newberryport town a delight with walkable marina and many unusual shops and restaurants in a tranquil friendly atmosphere. Summer weather in the 70’s as hoped👍'

'The house was just as pictured. We loved the second floor deck for happy hour and views of the ocean. All conveniences were there. Beds were comfy; linens generous. Dining table was big enough for our family of seven.'

'This property was perfect for our family of 4. We loved walking across the street to the beach. We went into Newburyport multiple times which is a beautiful town that had a lot of really good restaurants and fun shops. The house has nice appliances and the multiple mini splits did a great job controlling temperature. Great communication and check in process from the host. '

'We had such a great time at Sunset Paradise. It has a great location with wonderful views, a bit of privacy, and a cozy, fun house. The kitchen was stocked with all the extras you could need. Everything was maintained well, clean, and in good order. Plum Island was wonderful as well, we will be back someday. Highly recommend this gem of a place.'

'Lovely house close to the beach. Plenty of room on the porch, living room and kitchen for the 5 of us to hang out and catch up. About 10 mins to Newburyport. Hard to find beach parking so on your day of checkout, if you’re wanting to go to the beach, make sure you get to the beach access (there’s one about a half mile away from the house heading back toward town) by 7:00 am and park your car there. It was already full by 10:00. There were some dead bugs on the porch but that’s to be expected...
