'Wonderfull place. Hosts were helpful and great to work with'

'The owner thought of many amenities that I haven't seen before like breakfast bars and oatmeal packets. Very much appreciated.'

'Checks every box!'

'Great stay! Everything was clean and comfortable.'

'The house was excellent, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Adam was on top of everything and is a great communicator.. I will definitely stay here again.'

'Our time here was an attraction in itself. There were so many small details. I won't mention all of them as I don't want to spoil the surprise but one of our favorites was a telescope pointed towards an ocean piling where birds frequently perch. The house felt interactive and playful. There were snacks and beverage options (including tea, coffee, water, and even other surprises) available. Very clean. One consideration is the stairscase. I would advise caution for those with mobility issues (bad...

'Great experience! I had a few questions, and the owners responded within MINUTES!'

'First time staying at this property and was a great experience. It's in the same building as the Dewey Beach Yacht Club in the Marina (We weren't sure if we staying in a room or on a boat at first lol). We got in a little early and we were able to get in the apt at 3:30 instead of 4pm. Property was as described and very clean. Looked like it had been remodeled, although the ceiling looked like it some had noticable water damage in the past as joints were peeling and the 2nd BR had a small hole...

'The place was quiet and perfectly located. Easy to drive and walk from. Had easily accessible parking, and had great stock of games, towels, and kitchen gear. We would return. Everything was very comfortable and clean.'

'This was a wonderful stay! The house was immaculate and everything was super easy and accessible! Jim was a wonderful host. We would happily rent this property again next summer :)'

'The house was great. We loved it. We really liked all of the dog accessories, a dog bed, bowls and decorations. The access to the beach being just a walk away. Joe was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again.'

'This is our second time staying and it was even better than the first. We come annually to shop the outlets and enjoy a day with our family. The house is equipped with everything you could ever need! It is cozy and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back again next year.'

'Awesome'

'Very nice property. And responsive host.Pet friendly but no fenced yard, but the neighborhood is very walkable and many many others walk their dogs. Very clean, nicely stocked with essentials, towels, etc. Multiple adults may find the second and third bed less appealing as one is definitely more kid focused as a bunk bed. The location is excellent for quick access to major convenience like Walmart, wawa, numerous restaurants and grocery stores, and if the mood strikes and you want the chaos...

'The property was lovely and clean. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook at home if you didn't feel like heading out to eat. There was also some beach equipment, coolers, and even bikes available by the owner for use if you didn't bring your own.The owner left a book with helpful information about nearby locations as well as explaining the trolley and parking system in the area which was valuable to someone who wasn't local. Plenty of towels...

'We had some issues getting in using the provided door code, but once we got contact with the host the issue was quickly solved. The house is absolutely beautiful and the furniture is just so cozy, it was hard to get out of the sitting chairs to do our planned activities. Lots of privacy and easily drivable to local spots. Highly highly recommended!!!'

'This house is exactly what we needed for a short weekend getaway with friends. Andrew, the point of contact, was spectacular. He gave us restaurant ideas, parking spots for the beach, got us an early check-in, and was always able to communicate easily with. The house itself was perfect. Enough space for small kids to play and the adults to relax in the spacious and air conditioned sunroom.House was equipped with the basics (linens, towels, etc.).It was only a short drive to the beach and with the...
