'Host was excellent and very prompt with communication. Kitchen was very well equipped, as well as the rest of the property. Additional items, not listed in listing, such as beach chairs and beach umbrella were also available for use. Walk to beach was easy and clear. All the neighbors were very friendly too. Would certainly reserve this property again.'
