« We had a great stay at this property. Keep in mind they don’t provide sheets for the beds so make sure you pack some! Or you can rent from a sheet service, they provide many options for businesses that rent them.This property had everything we needed and more for our stay. The sunroom was a wonderful place to have our family meals and gather, the outdoor shower is super convenient for washing off before entering the house, and the beach is only a 15 minute walk away. « Lovely, quiet property. Close to the beach and shopping/restaurants. We took Ubers to the actual beaches (Rehoboth and Dewey) so we didn’t have to find parking. The bike path is perfect for morning runs and walks. We would absolutely rent this property again. »

« Very nice house. Like the key code entry instead of keys.Some in our group made use of the gym, pool, and bay beaches. Felt safe to let pre-teens and teens walk on their own. Kitchen could use more mugs, silverware, cooking utensils, and potholders.Six passes for a house that accommodates 12 is odd, so we took turns to avoid the expense of more passes. Other parts of the island would be a closer walk for the ocean, but it was doable. »

« Very nice place! We enjoyed our stay. A bit over-priced compared to other places we've stayed at, but it was very nice. We had enough beds for our large family, which is our primary reason for choosing this location. Close to the beach, which was nice. Master bedroom mattress is not the most comfortable for older people with back issues. Working with management was great! »
