« We were in town for a wedding. Location was great to the wedding venue. We would definitely come back to this property again if our travel would take us to Lewes. The property was perfect, highly recommend this property to anyone. Just one suggestion maybe a TV out in the sun room, since that is where we spent most of our time. »

« We live in Bayside and rented this home so our daughter could have senior week at our home with her friends. It was nicely updated and very clean, and included all linens. The use of the golf cart was also great! Located super close to SunRidge for tennis, pickleball, and pool! »

« Great location. Plenty of room for the family. Unfortunately the bottom shower had mildew in it all along the bottom and shower curtain that we cleaned before using, bottom bathroom door hinge is broken,most of the sliding doors did not lock properly, and carpet is in need of replacement. With three levels of living space, no vacuum- only one old broom. No outside hose to clean off with before entering the property. »

« We were on a girls weekend and wanted to go to Assateague National Lakeshore to see the wild horses. We found this house and it was the perfect location! Only minutes from Assateague as well as grocery stores and the town of Berlin, Md, which had many restaurants and stores. Laurie was a great host and even made a point of coming to visit us to meet us, which was a bonus! We spent 2 nights here and had a great time! Thank you, Laurie! »

« I used to live in The Palms so it was a no brainer to rent a place when I had to work in the area for a month. The condo was great, clean and quiet. Just a couple of small things. I know Rehoboth but for those who don’t an updated info folder would be great. The dryer did take multiple cycles to dry stuff but I had read this in a previous review so was prepared and I hang dry most stuff so I bought a drying rack. Loved my time there and made me miss my old place. »

« This place is a hidden gem in ocean city! The kitchen and living room area are very large, and have every thing you need from induction stove top to a freezer box. The bedroom is the perfect size, not to mention a very comfy mattress. The outdoor area is what really makes this place, a super secluded deck with a hot tub the size of a pool. It was extremely clean, a quick and easy check in/out process and the hosts are extremely nice. The best rental property I have ever been to. »

« Stayed 2 very peaceful nights at this very clean and well furnished home. We found the beds nicely firm. There were sufficient outlets to charge our electronics and we appreciated the coffee supplies. We didnt cook but the kitchen seemed well stocked. This is a cozy, comfortable place. The only challenge is that the bathroom is a single step up. This didnt work well for one in our party but for the rest of us it was fine. »

« Great location across from beach access. Be sure to note the description for the bedroom set up where 2 of the bedrooms are across the screen porch breezeway. Kitchen well appointed. Linens work well; plenty of bath towels. Only 1 kitchen dish towel was provided so might bring extra. Overall, worked out great for our family. »
