'If you want to stay in a house that has everything you want or need for your stay this is the place!! The hosts have thought of everything!! All you need are your clothes and food!! We had the most enjoyable weekend and it all started with communication with Bill. It was so much better than a hotel and this was my 1st experience renting. It’s no wonder they received excellent reviews. They are well deserved!!'

'The house by Jim was great! It is newly renovated, the appliances are new, and the property is very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent! it is near Rehoboth and Dewey so you can get sun and relaxing beach time during the day and an energetic bar scene at night. The house is on a quiet road that is easy to get to and close to super markets and many stores on the main road so that you can get anything you may have forgotten to bring. 'Bohdan was so helpful, friendly, and went out of his way to accommodate us. The fenced yard was great for our dog and the house was warm, clean, and cozy (but not at all small) for our New Years trip. The kitchen was really well stocked, the bedrooms, living room, dining room, and bathrooms were all great with lots of little details thought of. We felt completely taken care of. Thank you! '
