« This is a lovely quiet neighborhood. We did not use the pool. I think you actually need a pool pass or something.the only issue we had was the trash outside was overflowing. We didn’t get to enjoy the little porch as the can was right there. »

« My husband, young adult daughter and I stayed here for a week to take a beach vacation and celebrate my 50th birthday. We also brought our small dog. The property was perfect. « This property is a very quaint beach cottage. It has character, is nicely decorated & well stocked. The kitchen is small, but meets all needs for a vacation stay. « This two-level house is an 18th Century Methodist meeting house, meticulously restored and full of period furnishings. It has modern appliances and was quite comfortable. The property is managed by PenFed Realty in Lewes, and they can give you more details. It's really not a beach house, but the beaches are nearby, as are restaurants and a great ice cream shop. »

« The house was beautiful and the owners could not have been nicer. We were a little disappointed in the bedroom configuation. Two of the bedrooms did not have windows so technically they aren't bedrooms. However, we enjoyed our stay and the children (even the children over 20) really liked the amenities and kept them busy all day. All in all we would definitely rent this house again. »

« We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Didn’t realize the drive to Rehoboth Beach would take so long on a Saturday due to traffic, but that’s not the condo’s fault. A few minor issues that the owner was responsive to help resolve. Overall, it was a good stay. »

« Great quiet location near the ferry that allows pets. Very close to Rehoboth and Bethany boardwalks for our pre-teen. The place is clean with pet sensible furnishing. I read the other reviews about out-dated furniture but I wouldn’t expect luxury carpeting/furniture at a pet friendly beach rental. We saw dolphins several times throughout our stay, both at the beach and from the porch. Just great to be steps away from a quiet beach! »
