'The host never responded to messages in the app. The directions to the property were incorrect. The host canceled our booking at 8:40pm because they double booked the cottage. We were left scrambling to find alternative accommodation for the night which ended up costing us triple and had none of the amenities that attracted us to make the bookings in the first place. As we had hired a car and driver, we had an extra 2 hours car and driver charge looking for the alternative accommodation. '

"Het personeel was heel behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was lekker en ok. Het was een buffetvorm. De kamers waren zeker net. Alleen de siliconen in de douche (bad) waren heel slordig afgewerkt. De accommodatie had een goede ligging niet ver van Ayala Mall, het winkelcentrum. Je kon er op 5 minuten naartoe stappen. Dus overall, prijs kwaliteit correct."
