'I honestly don’t know where to begin. First of all, this is NOT a one bedroom unit. It’s a studio. You don’t get to build a completely see-through glass sliding door and call it a one bedroom simply because the living room and bedroom are now separated by that see through glass wall. Bugs, leaky showers, loose bathroom tiles… had to call maintenance just to get my laundry out of the washing machine… furniture was very old and VERY uncomfortable… laminate missing in the kitchen, dirty dishes… I...

'Cockroaches everywhere...can of bug spray left on top of refrigerator so you can play exterminator...very rusty pipes leaking under sink creating a breeding ground for cockroaches...two toilets with weak flush that clog...air-conditioner in master BR stopped working after 20 minutes...almost all remote controls had dead batteries...peeling wood work...master bed has a slump worn into the spring...too much...avoid until the owner fixes and brings back to code.'
