'I had a lovely stay in The Reef - what a beautiful place! Very nice rooms, fine breakfast, very warm and friendly staff, and very easy access to great snorkeling. One point of attention - when the staff orders a taxi, they automatically order a luxury taxi which is double as expensive as a white taxi. As you need to pay taxis with cash, this can lead to a negative surprise when you are low on cash (for me, on my trip to the airport going back)'

'This is our 4th time coming back to stay in Mandarin Plaza Hotel when we are in Cebu City. Fantastic location, just accross the Ayala Malls. The customer service assistance is excellent.
