Hotelresorts in Cebu

'Dirty, elevator not working properly, staff & security acting like owner of the Hotel, location lots hooker and addicts, rooms needs major renovations and needs sanitation too lots cockroaches'

'The property and rooms very very clean and staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.'

'1st night late arrival room BA5 had literally more than 100 ants in the bathroom, the deadbolt did not lock, and the hot water was only warm. We were changed the next day to a very nice lagoon front room with no problems. The only minor disappointment during our stay was that breakfast buffets were only available on weekends, but we were given restaurant credits to make up for it. The staff provided excellent fast service in all circumstances. A must do is to walk around the entire lagoon path...

'Excellent! Beautiful location, quiet en friendly staff. The food was delicious. We went to this resort last February (2019), to vist our family in Tagbilaran for the first time. The staff was so friendly, we hadn't met friendly staff like they was before. We visited the Islands on the east side of the Mactan Island by boatrip. We also went to the Panglao Island by ferry from Cebu, keep in mind that i will take a half day to come there. Outside the resort was a lot of traffic and real Philippines...

'Everything was very nice like before...my only disappointment was with the front desk, they were not as friendly as before, no real attempt to be accommodating and responses were very short and generally negative. Aside from that we enjoyed our stay and very much like the restaurant inside...'
