'1st off the staff was absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful. We stayed 4 nights. Location is safe clean area. Not to much near walking distance but a quick grab ride the malls and restaurants close. Hotel itself pretty clean BUT we did have a few roaches in our room. I had bought a half dozen Krispy Kreme donuts and sat the box down for less than 20 mins, came back for a tasty treat only to have a little roach crawling across a donut. 'Kitchen not working we told them but they didn't do anything about it. Tv says Netflix but nothing working. Toilet seat is loose. Wifi worked good after i reset the modem. Bed is good and there is not a lot of noise even though it's close to the airport.'
