'The kitchen didnt have a fry pan but eveeything else. Room was nice would be better if had blackout curtins but overall i always have the best stay i have stayed in all 4 towers over the last 3 years . Its my favorite condoa in the IT Park in Cebu. They are always very nice and help you.'

'Room was very hot and musty when we arrived. The atmosphere of the living area was not as welcoming, furniture was just all mismatching. Contacting the host for check in instructions via the contact number provided by Expedia was a nightmare.'

'Our place that was given to us is not actually the pix of what we trying to reserve.They gave us different room/condo.I reserve fir a seaview but the room/place given to us is different. Not what we see and actually tried to reserve online Trash was scheduled at certain times but our trash wasnt getting on time. I have to message and report about it to get our trash out.'

'View on highway. A lot of car traffic, noisy, a lot of motorcycle. Sounds and construction going on starting at 1 am. Bike Sounds echoing between buildings like your in a tunnel.'

'I booked for room facing the swimming pool but I didn't get it right. They gave me a room on 17th floor not facing the pool only city view. Room is quiet good and comfy except that no TV remote control provided, no extra bed, lacking kitchen utensils like knife, exhaust in kitchen not working. But the owner is very kind accommodating and responsive. '

'The Tower front desk refused to check us in because the owner did not provide them our booking information. Our booking was paid for and confirmed by Expedia, still we Were not given access to our paid room. I incurred additional expense booking a place to stay for the night. Stressful experience for me which could have been avoided had the owner communicated with the Tower staff. . '
