'Our host was extremely helpful. He reached out to both my wife and I to make sure everything was ok. I was home in the States and my wife was visiting in the Philippines. My wife thought the place was neat, clean, and safe. The host also reached out to us and offered a late check out for a fair price. We have no complaints.'

'This property is located in an area where everything from ATM machines, shopping mall, restaurants and transportation is within walking distance. The area is quiet and safe. Plenty of parking is available at the property so there's no hassle for a place to park if you are driving. '

'Really easy check in, even though we arrived to Manila in the evening. Just had to text the provided number and pick up the access key from the security desk. Room is a great size for 2 and everything is in good condition, including the bed and AC. And of course the biggest draw is the walkability in BGC which is my favorite place in Manila. For all these perks, I found the price to be extremely reasonable, and I look forward to coming back. '

'Stayed for 24 days and loves it here its pretty quiet at first the bed was a little too hard for me being a bigger guy, we talked to the management and they had a new bed brought to my room in like less than a day. The wifi is a little shotty but its good enough for watching netflix and amazon prime video you can buy a hot spot thats fairly decent if you wnna spend the money on it was like 4500 peso for the hotspot and like 1500 pesos which is like 80 bucks for a month which is cheaper than...

'Lower tier accomodation in the middle of a people neighbourhood. You can walk in the street surounded by children as there is little trafic, and eat from a street eatery, which will allow you to fraternise with its owner, usually a lady. Sympathetic experience overall! A 20 minutes walk from the airport.'

'The location of the accomodation is very central in Makati, directly connected to a big shopping center. Lobby and the hotel in general look nice, but the rooms or service are not nearly 5 stars worth. The room looked pretty nice, but bathroom was dated and showering in the bathtub behind a somewhat dirty curtain is not what you'd expect in a 5 star hotel that charges 5 star rates.
