'Great stay'

'This property is advertised as dog friendly but it’s absolutely not dog friendly! Upon check in you’re given a document to sign that states that your pet is NOT allowed on the furniture or bedding and if they find ANY fur on either you will be charged an undisclosed cleaning fee. After showing this to my husband we chose not to stay. He went to the desk and asked for a refund of the room and pet fee. He was told that the manager was gone for the day and that she would issue a refund. One week...

'Staff was helpful. There was a little league baseball team there and the kids were running all over while parents drank beers and played cards in the lobby. The staff were the ones telling the kids to stop running around. Felt bad for staff! When they checked out it was so much nicer.'

'Parking was great! When I arrived that night, my room had no washcloths, luckily I always carry one at least with me. I didn’t get a chance to try breakfast due to the long lines as there was a girls sports team so the line was too long! The bed was super comfy, room was very clean and the AC was blasting! Staff was excellent even though the hotel had a very large kids sports team there and the lobby was very loud.'

'Good location, beside Grove City Outlet stores. Ample parking. 2 floors with elevator. Rear view rooms face west onto a field and are nice and quiet. King size bed was comfy, decent size TV, had a good size mini-fridge, desk size was good, has a reading chair as well. Facility is a little dated, rooms are ok. Perfect stop over with last minute outlet store shopping on the way to Toronto. Check-in was good. Good value for the price.'

'Clean and smelled fresh. Amazing pancakes, coffee was mid but fine. Eggs and sausage and breads, yogurt available, chocolate milk for rhe kiddos. Friendly staff, workout space and pool. Great place for the price!'
