'Great stay'

'It was overall fairly clean, but our room had an “off” smell. The swimming pool deck paint was peeling and stuck to our feet. I also called ahead to see if they had extra cots for kids and they said yes, they would put one in our room. When I checked in they said they didn’t have anything. Pretty frustrating.'

'Three night reservation with arrival date of July 5 made through Expedia, changes allowed until July 3. Had a flight delay the morning of July 4, unable to make it to the property the first night. Started calling the property at 0800, everything said refer email, could not call and talk to a human. Tried calling Expedia. Everything was AI. Was going to be charged an ADDITIONAL $25 to cancel one night with no refund of the cancelled night. Tried to change the dates, still making it a three night...

'Room was clean and beds comfortable. Everything in the room worked. It was very quiet despite being near a busy highway and trucks leaving the parking lot early in the morning.'

'Perfect one night stop over! Comfy bed. Very clean room well stocked with towels. Friendly, welcoming staff. Lots of green space to walk dogs. My only complaint is they were out of meat during breakfast but it’s free so that’s to be expected. Airport museum next door is also worth checking out.'

'Shuttle service.to the Airport was 15 minutes late on the first run of the day. Staff did not know how the shuttle service reservation system worked. Had to catch a Uber.'

'Physically a nice hotel. However simple features like a hot water faucet was not totally functional, in room air unit with a hose connection to the window that wasn’t fastened with a large enough opening for a bird to enter. No room darkening shades. Small items. One star is for being totally unaccommodating when we asked to leave the car in the lot till 3:00. The person I spoke with about this gave me an automated response. They could have been flexible, but no?'

'The young woman that was working at the front desk the night we checked in was excellent. Friendly and good at her job. We got to our room and there weren't any pillows on the bed. I went back to the office and this same woman apologized and got us some pillows. The room wasn't dirty but there were some spots that could have been cleaned better. The bathroom fan was not working very well. Lastly, the shower water was nice and hot, but the pressure wasn't very good. For the price, I expected a...

'The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It’s a good location in Lawrenceville. Depending on what side of the hotel you’re on, if you’re a light sleeper the loud traffic (read racing) on 40th might bother you. The bed in our room was really comfortable. The layout was a little weird w the sink in the main living space, shower off to the side and the toilet in a separate little room.
