« Petit déjeuner pas terrible »

« Three night reservation with arrival date of July 5 made through Expedia, changes allowed until July 3. Had a flight delay the morning of July 4, unable to make it to the property the first night. Started calling the property at 0800, everything said refer email, could not call and talk to a human. Tried calling Expedia. Everything was AI. Was going to be charged an ADDITIONAL $25 to cancel one night with no refund of the cancelled night. Tried to change the dates, still making it a three night...

« Nous avons été accueillis par une personne qui n’aime pas son travail ni le public. Nous sommes arrivés plutôt fatigués suite à 8 heures de route. Nous avions séjourné à cet hotel la semaine précédente et avions apprécié notre séjour.. Elle voulait notre i.d. Je lui ai tout bonnement dit « vous devez l’avoir nous étions ici il y a une semaine » elle est monté sur ses grands chevaux s’est mise à lever le ton et moi aussi mon mari est arrivé elle criait apres nous et on ne se laissait pas faire....

« Perfect one night stop over! Comfy bed. Very clean room well stocked with towels. Friendly, welcoming staff. Lots of green space to walk dogs. My only complaint is they were out of meat during breakfast but it’s free so that’s to be expected. Airport museum next door is also worth checking out. »

« Room was very clean and the staff very attentive. Parking was fine. Didn't get to stay for breakfast because we were meeting family for brunch. I will save that you bathrooms are much to be desired. I think our shower in our camper was bigger than the shower in that room. Smallest room ever. I would suggest replacing windows in the rooms. You couldn't see out of the window it was so bad. Seals were broken. Very nasty. »

« The young woman that was working at the front desk the night we checked in was excellent. Friendly and good at her job. We got to our room and there weren't any pillows on the bed. I went back to the office and this same woman apologized and got us some pillows. The room wasn't dirty but there were some spots that could have been cleaned better. The bathroom fan was not working very well. Lastly, the shower water was nice and hot, but the pressure wasn't very good. For the price, I expected a...

« Physically a nice hotel. However simple features like a hot water faucet was not totally functional, in room air unit with a hose connection to the window that wasn’t fastened with a large enough opening for a bird to enter. No room darkening shades. Small items. One star is for being totally unaccommodating when we asked to leave the car in the lot till 3:00. The person I spoke with about this gave me an automated response. They could have been flexible, but no? »
