« Wasnt clear how to check in, but rung in the morning and was advised to call to pub for room card. The room was very clean, and well presented. Can see they are looked after. Nice walk in shower with 2 separate heads. Plenty of storage for clothes etc. Bed was very comfortable and made for a great night sleep. The food served at the Pen Y Cae was amazing and all the staff we encountered throughout our stay were helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much bother for them. »

« Me and my mum had a lovely stay at Isallt and would highly recommend to families, couples and friends. A lovely and spacious house that also felt really cosy. The house was really clean and on a lovely quiet street, just two minutes’ walk away from the main parts of Conwy - ideal! Agree with all the other reviews that the parking is a minor issue - the public parking is only a short walk away and paying via the app (PayByPhone) makes this whole process really simple. A great overall location...

« This property is the worst place I have ever stayed in, I stay in a lot off air brb as I work away from home a lot. Nothing comes close to this place, absolute dump, mold all over the upstairs, rubbish still on the floor looks like the cleaner gave up years ago. We arrived at the property after waiting 3 hours to be told someone was in there who shouldn’t have been. Key code was wrong took an hour to get that. « Everything was wonderful from check in to our time spent at the property. Very modern and clean, comfy beds and plenty of room for our dogs. « We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful property in north Wales. We were blown away by the space and the charm of the house -perfect for our group. "HĂŽtel datĂ©, les couloirs sont en tres mauvais Ă©tat. La chambre que nous avions n’a rien Ă  voir avec les photos. Nous avons eu une trĂšs petite chambre (originellement pour une personne vu ta tĂȘte de lit qui restait pour une personne malgrĂ© un petit lit double). Le petit dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait assez pauvre Ă©galement."
