'Werkelijk prachtige kamer mrt balkon en uitzicht op zee. Het was adembenemend! Alles was nieuw en schoon en stijlvol ingericht
Ontvangst was hartelijk met een heerlijke cocktail.
De bar op het strand ging dicht om 18.00 maar er zijn genoeg gelegenheden in de buurt om te dineren.
Ook het ontbijt op het strand was prima en je zit er heerlijk met uitzicht op zee'
'Dit us gewoon een paradijs! Echt heerlijk geslapen in de goede bedden. Je loopt zo het strand op, prachtige locatie en ook het eten was goed. Heerlijke douches en geweldige sfeer. Echte aanrader, lekker rustig, terwijl de snorkel excursie op letterlijk 50 meter zit.'

You also have access to golf carts that take you around the area where you can visit the light house, the Mayan ruins and other beaches like Santa Fe. We had the ocean front villa #1. 'We had a very nice time at El Paraiso Hotel de Tulum. It was located on a beautiful beach – although be aware of the season, lots of seaweed. So I don’t know if it’s just in the summer or what, but there was a lot of it. But once you stepped over the seaweed, the water was really pretty. The service was great-they answered all my questions and were able to recommend a snorkeling and cenote tour. Bring your bug spray and your sunscreen you will need both. '
'This is not a typical hotel experience. First you are on the beach there are no concrete walkways around the property its all sand to stay with the natural part of being in the national park. Its very quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

'Had a great stay at Siente Tulum. Convenient location close to the national park and tulum ruins. The collectivo stops right outside the hotel which was very convenient. The staff were great and very friendly. Food was good, could use some more variety but overall worth it for the all inclusive. "When you enter the property; amazing! very beautiful. However if you market yourself as a family friendly hotel and you cannot offer hot water at night for a formule bottle, or any baby friendly food, im not very sure. The first we got with our 15 months old had a bathroom outside, without any closed of door. We asked for an upgrade (which we paid) as we thought it would have a bathtub. Seemed it was not connected but just put as decoration. Strange. Simply put; rooms were a bit too primitive for us. As couple I wouldn’t mind (still not my thing but okay can happen) but with a little one, don’t do it."
