'Dit us gewoon een paradijs! Echt heerlijk geslapen in de goede bedden. Je loopt zo het strand op, prachtige locatie en ook het eten was goed. Heerlijke douches en geweldige sfeer. Echte aanrader, lekker rustig, terwijl de snorkel excursie op letterlijk 50 meter zit.'

'I love how this location is very private. It has its private entrance to the jaguar park area. You also have access to golf carts that take you around the area where you can visit the light house, the Mayan ruins and other beaches like Santa Fe. We had the ocean front villa #1. Right in front the beach and near their restaurant Bokoba. Staff was extremely friendly. The waiter Jose went above and beyond for us. He brought us breakfast to our patio a few times. Was very attentive to our needs...

'Beautiful, perfect for disconnecting, clean, the staff was very attentive, just bring strong mosquito repellent. The national park was beautiful, easy to go around with the shuttles, restaurant was good but expensive. Overall great experience. '

'Prachtige locatie, mooie huisjes met eigen tuintje, douchen in de buitenlucht, goede bedden, wakker worden door het gezang van vogels, strand met wit zand en lekkere strandbedden, vriendelijk personeel, goede ontbijt-, lunch- en dinermogelijkheid op het strand, goede adviezen over bezienswaardigheden en restaurants in Tulum. Het hotel ligt in een natuurpark. Het is niet toegestaan om water in plastic flessen mee naar binnen te nemen. '

'Wat een fijn hotel! Bij aankomst valet parking, koffers worden voor je uitgeladen, welkomstdrankje, nat en koel handdoekje en prachtige standaardkamer, met airco, minibar (koelkast op kamer is must hier). Netflix op kamer, mooi balkon met heerlijk uitzicht op tropische binnentuin. Zwembad op dak, waar ook ontbijt is en rechts van hotel leuk italiaans restaurant met prijzen waar je in Tulum je vingers bij aflikt. Direct erna een leuke foodtruck van Nederlandse eigenaar. 'We loved our stay at Diamante K, it was more than we expected. Very peacefull, paradise beach, close by the Ruins. It’s further away from the hotel strip, so if you want to go out for dinner you need to take a taxi, these are cheap tho, so for us it was no problem. I would for sure recommend this place to anyone. We booked an extra night right after the first night because we loved it so much. There was a miscommunication about the rooms for a moment, but the staff took perfect care to solve...

'Overall my experience at Habitas was bad. I booked this hotel for 7 nights and ended up leaving after 2. It was raining so hard that glamping was extremely uncomfortable and I was worried for my safety at night.   The check-in process was confusing, because I thought I had paid the full amount up front in February, but the taxes of 19% were to be paid at checkin. Expedia was unclear if the amount included taxes or not. I arrived at night in the poring rain and the property has bad lighting....

'The hotel is just new and has all the potential for a great stay, but currently some of the little things just make it not a 5/5. Our room wasn’t clean (there were nail clippings in the sink!) and when we mentioned it to the desk, it took 2 days for it to be actually cleaned.. in tulum you basically go everywhere by bike, but a 2 person room only gets 1 bike.. so you still end up paying. "When you enter the property; amazing! very beautiful. However if you market yourself as a family friendly hotel and you cannot offer hot water at night for a formule bottle, or any baby friendly food, im not very sure. The first we got with our 15 months old had a bathroom outside, without any closed of door. We asked for an upgrade (which we paid) as we thought it would have a bathtub. Seemed it was not connected but just put as decoration. Strange. Simply put; rooms were a bit too primitive for us. As couple I wouldn’t mind (still not my thing but okay can happen) but with a little one, don’t do it."
