'Werkelijk prachtige kamer mrt balkon en uitzicht op zee. Het was adembenemend! Alles was nieuw en schoon en stijlvol ingericht Ontvangst was hartelijk met een heerlijke cocktail. De bar op het strand ging dicht om 18.00 maar er zijn genoeg gelegenheden in de buurt om te dineren. Ook het ontbijt op het strand was prima en je zit er heerlijk met uitzicht op zee'

'Prachtige locatie, mooie huisjes met eigen tuintje, douchen in de buitenlucht, goede bedden, wakker worden door het gezang van vogels, strand met wit zand en lekkere strandbedden, vriendelijk personeel, goede ontbijt-, lunch- en dinermogelijkheid op het strand, goede adviezen over bezienswaardigheden en restaurants in Tulum. Het hotel ligt in een natuurpark. Het is niet toegestaan om water in plastic flessen mee naar binnen te nemen. '

'This was the most fun and unique hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The beds are really comfortable, the staff is so kind and helpful, and the location is soo gorgeous. I was a bit curious about how going outside in a private courtyard to the bathroom would work, but it was totally fine. Do remember to use bug spray.'

'A friend of mine and I each got a room here. The rooms were so cool and the beach access is world class. The service is a little short of 2-3 star given that my shower water was not hot, but I sort of didn’t care until the last day when I just wanted a hot shower. The beach is gorgeous, the people working there are super sweet. There was a very nice woman who helped us get a super last min cab out of town and she was super helpful at the desk when our booked shuttle no showed. We took the bus...

'This is an amazing place to stay. I would stay again for sure. Very nice beach and you can take the electric car to go to the ruins. The only thing to keep in mind is that getting in and out of the hotel requires ordering a taxi from the hotel since they don't let anyone in and out of the park where the hotel is located. Very friendly staff and the room is very well equipped.'

Bij aankomst valet parking, koffers worden voor je uitgeladen, welkomstdrankje, nat en koel handdoekje en prachtige standaardkamer, met airco, minibar (koelkast op kamer is must hier). Netflix op kamer, mooi balkon met heerlijk uitzicht op tropische binnentuin. Zwembad op dak, waar ook ontbijt is en rechts van hotel leuk italiaans restaurant met prijzen waar je in Tulum je vingers bij aflikt. Direct erna een leuke foodtruck van Nederlandse eigenaar. 'My only problem was that we did not get the room we paid $800+ extra (about double the standard rate) to get for our honeymoon. Staff tried to make it right but I’m disappointed and feel misled. However everything else was a 5 star experience. The resort is gorgeous, loved the location l, and the staff was friendly - especially the restaurant staff. Speaking of the restaurant l, the food was insanely delicious. I would highly recommend Mi Amor. Just be aware you might not get the room you paid...

'We loved our stay at Diamante K, it was more than we expected. Very peacefull, paradise beach, close by the Ruins. It’s further away from the hotel strip, so if you want to go out for dinner you need to take a taxi, these are cheap tho, so for us it was no problem. I would for sure recommend this place to anyone. We booked an extra night right after the first night because we loved it so much. There was a miscommunication about the rooms for a moment, but the staff took perfect care to solve...

'A lovely modern little apartment in a good location for the town. Could use a couple of additions like a kettle and washing machine. Cleaner came every two days which was great. Swimming pool very small and that area doesn’t really get the sun so not ideal for sun bathing. Bit noisy outside during the day but quiet at night.'
