'The staff were very nice and charismatic. There were not a lot of people there which was nice in our opinion. Right in the beach. Beach chairs/beds and a pool right outside. We had our own little patio. There was a little thing of water next the stairs to the patio- I thought it was a bird bath- partner let me know it’s to wash the sand off your feet- simple but I really appreciated it. We always seen somebody cleaning in the distance. It’s walkable. It’s in a sort of gated part of Tulum....

'Fantastische locatie, heerlijke en unieke plek. De kamers/hutjes zijn erg leuk en bijzonder. Wel is de kwaliteit niet altijd perfect en verwacht geen luxe hotelkamer, het is meer een hele luxe camping in dat opzicht. Maar het past daarentegen wel bij de ongedwongen sfeer van het hotel en de omgeving. Toch zou het fijn zijn als je iets meer preventief onderhoud wordt gepleegd aan bijv het onderhoud van de douche, veel kalkaanslag en lage waterdruk. Maar ook het dompelbad van de kamer zaten...

'We loved the hotel's location in the National Park and on the beach. The restaurant was delicious, the staff were helpful, everything was great. We loved the free breakfast! They gave us bikes to use and we were able to visit other hotels for dinner each night and feel safe doing so. We walked to the ruins and took the electric shuttles. The only things we'd have changed was to have the bar and/or restaurant open later so we could grab apps or drinks in the evenings. We were also quite confused...

'Really special place. My one piece of feedback is to inject more choices in the all inclusive menu. We were there for 10 days and they should invest more in long stay guests. We ended eating off property a lot due to repetition and boredom'

'When you enter the property; amazing! very beautiful. However if you market yourself as a family friendly hotel and you cannot offer hot water at night for a formule bottle, or any baby friendly food, im not very sure. The first we got with our 15 months old had a bathroom outside, without any closed of door. We asked for an upgrade (which we paid) as we thought it would have a bathtub. Seemed it was not connected but just put as decoration. Strange. Simply put; rooms were a bit too primitive...

'The staff at Moxy made the stay the most enjoyable part of the trip, everyone was extremely kind and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The bikes provided were okay, but not the most comfortable for getting around. I’d definitely recommend renting a moped through Dias-Mex Scooter Rentals instead. They conveniently dropped the moped off directly at the hotel and picked it up before our departure, which made everything super easy. The hotel is located on a strip with several other...

'Great amenities and close to beach/supermarket Most communication thru Expedia portal went unanswered. Recommend direct communication with hotel staff by phone. Lovely pool and roof deck. No hot water in kitchen sink went unaddressed for entire stay. Very basic kitchen setup. '
