'Love the place it was close at MOA and airport and lots of shopping and food places to eat definitely coming back'

'Ideal location, close to T3 and food outlets. Unfortunately no kettle supplied even after requested and microwave out of order.'

'Kitchen not working we told them but they didn't do anything about it. Tv says Netflix but nothing working. Toilet seat is loose. Wifi worked good after i reset the modem. Bed is good and there is not a lot of noise even though it's close to the airport.'

'The place is convenient with shops and location from the airport. What I didn't expect was the place was infested with cockroaches. If only we weren't so tired from traveling I would've looked for another place to stay. My kids were super scared that they don't want to sleep at all. What I did was to buy pesticide spray which was not pleasant for breathing in. I'm glad that we only stay for 1 night.'

'IT WAS TERRIBLE! WE ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL AT ABOUT 7AM FROM A 18HR TRIP & AS EVERY TRAVELERER'S WISH TO GET CHECKED IN RIGHT AWAY, GET REFRESH & REST BUT INSTEAD, ME & MY WIFE WAITED AT THE LOBBY FOR 3HRS BECAUSE THEY CAN'T FIND THE KEYS FOR ROOM 1145 THAT I BOOKED. THE PERSON IN CHARGE WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND & DIDN'T ANSWER THE GUARD'S SEVERAL CALL ATTEMPTS. AND WHEN THEY FINALLY FOUND THE KEYS. I WAS VERY SHOCKED & TERRIFIED BECAUSE WHEN I ENTERED OUR ROOM, SOMEBODY WAS THERE! ONLY TO FIND OUT...
