Motels in North Pullman

'DO NOT STAY HERE. Staff do NOT care about your safety. I was given a room with multiple things broken, including the toilet seat and sink. Holes in the walls, unclean surfaces, and sheets. Most importantly, my room came with the smoke alarm detached. The exit door was blocked by debris, and the exit stairway was not lit. I felt extremely unsafe and asked to switch rooms. I was able to get a new room, but this one also lacked any fire safety equipment. Staff were unapologetic and seemed...

'I needed this motel room so that I could go to Chicago for business, but for somewhere to sleep at night and spend part of my morning, this place did the trick. I did not have an issue with my room at all and the staff was willing to answer whatever question I had.'

The water temperature was not consistent, you would be in the middle of a shower and it would get hotter then colder before going back to what you set it to. The room itself had a faint cigarette smoke smell to it.
