'Slightly dated and a lot of items don’t work '

'The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast had variety and was good. The elevator was pretty gross. It smelled and looked dirty.'

'Rooms were dirty…we had to be moved after we seen our first room. The air didn’t work, tv remote didn’t work and room was filthy. We were then told the only available room was a queen suite with fold out couch. We went to look at it and it was dirty. The desk clerk then said he had one king suite he was saving to sell but gave it to us anyway. The bedding we had for the fold out couch had huge holes throughout the comforter. When we asked for a new blanket, we were given a mattress pad because...

'The toilet was clogged the first three days we were there, and the dryer vent must’ve had a leak that dumped lint all over the entryway closet interior. Aside from those two things, the place was nice in a convenient spot and the pool was great. We specifically picked the room for the fact that it had a balcony, but unfortunately the outdoor furniture was so uncomfortable that we ended up spending zero time out on it which was a bummer. 'Amazing property, really fast response times and answers any and all questions you have! Couldn’t recommend this place enough and next time I go to Austin, best be sure I’m going to use the Kasa Apartments!!'
