« The garage conversion to a casita is pretty good, the reason we are rating it average is the lack of privacy. The blinds, if you can call them that, offer no privacy. There are no curtains or any other type of blind to close. You are able to see into theentite sleeping/living area from the street. This also means any lights in the main house illuminate the casita. Simply adding blackout blind or a simple curtain within the boho theme would work. This really is a significant issue as it feels...

« Everything was awesome. I loved the quieter area. It may be a bit further away from E6th for some but we found it totally walkable. Plus it is very close to lady bird. Hosts were great! »

« Arrived and the property was very dirty, thick dust, rubbish on the balcony including a beer can and cigarette butts, as well as unclean side tables in the lounge and bedroom as well as food crumbs. I immediately took photos and reported this upon my check in, I was told housekeeping would visit and clean the next day. When I got back to the property the following day it was still dirty, cigarettes butts not removed and dirt all over the side tables. I again reported that it was still unclean...

« Pet friendly, good location. The unit I got smelled of cigarette smoke which was unpleasant, I notified the host immediately just to inform them so I wouldn’t be charged for smoking in the unit, and they assured me I would not be. There was a huge dumpster right outside the unit, very loud when they came to empty it, woke me from my sleep. »

« Good sized room with a full kitchen making it easy to cook and not have to eat out all the time. The room was bright and airy but could have done with blackout blinds to help sleep, which I believe they are on the process of installing. Good amenities with a washing facility meaning I didn’t go home with a pile of washing. Hotel conveniently located in the downtown area making it easy to explore Austin. My room was close the tram line with the crossing bell audible in the room but after a while...

« Lots of issues, TVs didn't work, hot water was scarce, kitchen wasn't very well stocked, dryer didn't work. Overall not a great stay. »
