'We stayed for four nights this November and didn’t want to leave! We were celebrating a 30th birthday and made the most of everything- the marvellous garden, the top of the range hot tub, the BBQ and of course the surrounding salt marsh area, taking out the kayak and bird watching. The resident tawny owl made sitting out watching the stars a must too. Our host Patrick was very friendly and communicative making booking and organisation easy. The local amenities, Red Lion pub and Stiffkey stores...

'De cottage is net zo mooi als de foto's doen lijken. Binnen tref je een heerlijk interieur aan, de banken zitten geweldig! Een enorme moderne samsung televisie waar we via onze samsung telefoon zelfs netflix mee konden kijken. Het huisje loopt mooi door. Van de hal, kom je in de keuken, via de keuken in de eetkamer en via de eetkamer in de woonkamer en via daar weer in de hal. De badkamer is ook beneden incl. toilet en boven is er gelukkig ook een toilet en een wastafel. Bedden waren al...

'Property was tvery pleasant and very pet friendly. Plenty of places to walk. The host kindly gave us some milk and Prosecco which was gratefully received. The worst thing was the wi-fi which was very slow and often dropped out. The shower was lovely and hot and powerful but unfortunately fell off the wall and the whole curtain rail collapsed. Fortunately it just missed my head.We loved the area and all in all had a lovely few days break away.'

'We stayed here for 6 nights the cottage was comfortable, clean and central to all amenities, a lovely stay, having never been to north Norfolk we only stayed for a short while but what a mistake wish we’d booked for longer, will definitely have longer next year and hopefully in 2 museum cottages. "Medewerkers erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Gemeenschappelijke ruimtes prima. Continental ontbijt buffet prima, ook aanbod plantaardige zuivel producten. Heerlijk bed. Staat van kamer zeker geen 4 sterren. Meubels beschadigd en ogen oud. Onnodige kalk en schimmel aanslag in de badkamer. Omgeving is verlaten en voelt ‘s avonds onprettig. Afstand tot winkels en bushalte zo’n 15 min lopen langs schaats verlichte weg met begroeiing. Kortom hotel prima, maar geen €200/nacht waard en lokatie wat afgelegen"

"Uitstekend appartement, met prima keuken met oven en magnetron, wasmachine, waterkoker en koelkast, comfortabel bed, een bank, tafeltje + stoel, fijne badkamer, grote ramen. Bijna perfect, want als ik kritisch moet zijn ontbrak een goede faciliteit om zelf koffie te zetten, en de handdoeken hadden last van de - vaak voorkomende - nare geur van de wasserij."
