« Great base for our family holiday to Caister. Well appointed had everything you would need. Plenty of towels which was good as we needed one in the kitchen for drying hands. Did not mention in advert that was right next door to a pub, most nights this was not an issue as the bedrooms are at the front, but on the Saturday there was a live band in the pub which was very loud and went on until 11.30pm. « Beautiful new modern bungalow. Well equipped and comfortable. Overlooking the sports and social club playing field. 5 minutes walk to Martham village green where there is a lovely pub, cafe and shop. Excellent stay. We will return »

« We were absolutely delighted with our stay in this property. Collecting the key was easy, good off-street parking. The house was perfect and had everything we (4 adults) needed. The kitchen was superbly equipped with a great welcome pack of wine, crisps & sweets which was much appreciated. Cooking facilities and fridge, dishwasher etc. were really good. « I stayed here for work and found it a perfect location. Steve was very good with communication and answering all my questions. The room was very modern with lots of gadgets which could be a little tricky but once you got the hang of it was all ok. I stayed 4 nights and looked to re book the same room the following week but unfortunately it had gone. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. »
