'What a wonderful weekend spent in this beautiful lodge in the norfolk broads . The pictures do not do this place justice it is beautifully furnished and decorated and so comfortable. We came for two nights with my friends and parents and had lovely relaxing evenings sitting round fireplace playing board games. I arranged a boat trip with the host Andrew for the saturday in the cruiser boat for 4 hours which was worth every penny it was pouring with rain but didnt spoil our fun we enjoyed seeing...

'We stayed in the bungalow for a week in February with our 2 children and my parents. We were surprised with how big the bungalow was. The owners left scones, cream and jam for us adults and sweets on the kids beds which they were very excited about. The Bungalow was clean and tidy. It had everything we could possibly need. The beach was literally 2 mins walk away. Walcott Beach is a large sandy beach, we would love to come back one summer to really appreciate it. Perfect location to explore...

'It was my 70th birthday on the 8th August. I thought it would be lovely to celebrate it with my family. 14 of us went -myself, husband, my 3 children and partners and my 6 grandchildren. There was plenty of space for us all. The house and garden were ideal. We all had a wonderful 3 days.'

'Very spacious, well laid out property. Double beds very comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms and parking for a larger group. Beautiful location on the Broads with great access to shops, pubs and things to do.'

'We loved everything about the cottage, it was just a shame that it was not the cleanest when we arrived. The floor left our toddlers feet black, there were some dirty items in the cupboards, and the garden had what looked like cleaning wipes in it. But still, the location was amazing - only a short walk to a quiet part of Bacton beach, where we saw seals. We also got a nice bottle of Prosecco and some muffins to welcome us. The beds were comfy too.'

'The property was a sizeable home suitable for multiple numbers of people. The weather helps with the swimming pool 👍☀️Suitability for pets to allow them everywhere and a fully enclosed garden may need to be looked at to avoid pets being on a lead. Great location for families or friends that just want to get away from it all.'

'Great base for exploring Norwich,ten/fifteen minutes walk to river, castle and main shopping areas. Clean and comfortable and nice reception staff.'

'Host was most helpful and accommodating. The room had excellent facilities, especially the shower. Only one gripe was the firm mattress which is probably good for most people but not what I'm used to. The location was excellent and central to some m ce walks and places to eat.'
