« This property is very appealingly decorated and well equipped throughout. There is an attractive small garden to the rear containing a summerhouse. This contains many useful beach items which the owner kindly allow guests to borrow. We thoroughly recommend this property and would happily return here. »

« Excellent property, very cosy and welcoming. Clean, lovely bedding and towels. Kitchen very well equipped. Anna very kindly let us know that the property was ready earlier than expected which was a bonus. Property is in a lovely location. We had a lovely comfortable week. Lovely treats left for us and our 2 cockapoos. »

« Was based in the area for 5 days so needed a place to cater for my needs and Mrs Dale’s did so absolutely perfectly. It’s a cosy cottage with all the amenities I needed (especially parking!) and is situated in close proximity to major roads. The hosts were very kind and generous with what they have available for guest use. Would definitely stay again if I’m based in the area again »

« We visit Heacham and Hunstanton a lot as a family and really loved our recent stay here. Plenty of room for my family with two teenage boys. Hosts were very communicative and we felt very welcomed. Would stay here again. »

Generally clean and tidy, although not sure if it had a deep clean due to COVID-19. The hot water is far too hot and could result in burns, maybe reduce temperature or have a notice warning of very hot water »
