« Pool was unheated for the whole stay. Contacted property manager everyday, only to be told the pool tech would be out and he never came. Paid 197 for pool heat and couldn’t even use the pool. I requested a refund and they have still not agreed to a refund. Also main resort that is advertised is a 7min drive from the home there is a smaller one about a 3 minute drive away. »

« We stayed here for 2 weeks in March 2026 and absolutely loved it! The pictures do not do it justice. We have stayed on Storey Lake before and like the close proximity to the Disney Parks. The area in Kissimmee is great with lots of restaurants available, close to 192 and very close 3 big supermarkets, Target, Publix and Walmart. The villa offers plenty of parking and is very close to the exit gate. With no neighbours at the back of the property so you are not overlooked when by the pool and you...

« My family stayed at this property to attend an event at the OCCC. Perfect location to walk over. Property seemed more spacious than advertised-bigger than 2 other properties we stayed at Vista Cay in the past. Plenty of extra towels for pool/beach, large kitchen with 2 types of coffee makers, plenty of sleeping space and loved the 3 1/2 bathrooms for everyone to shower/get ready. Did not see door code in app or email, but host responded with it pretty quickly. Would definitely recommend this...
