'This place is so nice! The front desk staff were so friendly both at check in and check out. The room was clean and the bed comfy. The breakfast options were plentiful and tasted good. There were a bunch of families getting breakfast at the same time. The food was constantly being refreshed and there was olenty of room for everyone. I would absolutely recommend staying here! '

'My husband is an evangelist, and we travel to the area for almost a week visiting friends that are Missionaries. 'Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. 'Owners Elena and Anthony are awesome. I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.'

'First impressions are important, and they failed. Although the staff was GREAT, there was a horrible smell throughout the hotel. The carpets n the hallways were filthy and nasty.. The garbage out front wasn't emptied the three days I was there. The showers were old, and looked like they weren't cleaned since Reagan was president.
