'Kind of a gross moment in the hallway going to the room that was due to another guest. Facility and staff were very good and helpful. '

'Breakfast was great and plenty of choice and nice food. Could not get a tea kettle though in the room so difficult for drinks if you can’t drink caffeine like me. Had to also ask for coffee machine as shown in the hotels pictures of the rooms as they have now removed them all. Coffee machines are in reception only with a hot water dispenser which regularly rubs out of water!!! The room as ok but ALOT of noise from the road right out side the room and AC very loud both things made sleep...
