'Very nice place to stay. Clean and good view of the beach. Music in restaurant below was a bit intrusive and went on until ten pm. Possibly will be longer in summer months. We went in October. Free parking for renters. Recommended if you don't mind music all day.'

'Sarah, the owner, gave fantastic service and made great efforts to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for Lusty Glaze beach (or Newquay beach/town centre), the breakfast was reasonably priced as an extra, and parking was free. The room was basic and a little tired, but given the positives it was good value for money. Wouldn’t have stayed if planning to spend lots of time in the room, but was a great base to explore.'
