"Dormy Inn Shibuya was an excellent stay for our purposes. Close to Shibuya and Harajuku stations for connections, shopping and eating options. While some staff lacked knowledge of English, they were always extremely helpful. The hotel itself was in fine form, too. Rooms a bit small, but that's Japan for you. And facilities and cleaning services were great. Lovely onsen bathing facilities. Recommended!"

"Personnel was just amazing! The room, for Tokyo norms, was actually quite spacious. It was always spotless clean after I returned from work. I didn't have lunch or dinner here so I do not know if it is good, but twice I had the breakfast and I found that I really got excellent quality. The buffet is a mix of East and West, with many warm options such as beef ragout pasta and grilled chicken (if that is what you like) but you also find the traditional Western items there such as cheese, smoked salmon, eggs etc. The hotel was close to a railway station which I could use with my Japan rail pass. It's in a quiet and safe area and when you look out of the window you are not going to see many neon signs or those typical Tokyo neon lit streets, but you are just a very short drive removed from Shinjuku station which provides more action. You get a personal terrace which I found great. I personally had the view of the park which was amazing. Personally I appreciated the quiet surrounding, but it's a matter of preference. I did not use the common pool but they have one. I did use the gym though. It is a nice clean gym. Putting some weights there would be a nice addition for those of us who like to work with weights instead of doing cardio. All in all, I would say 9/10. Thanks a lot. "

"Prijs/kwaliteit zeer goed hotel, vlakbij Hibiya line en snel bij meeste andere gebieden. 7-eleven en Family mart vlakbij. Kamer is compact, maar net groot genoeg voor 2 valiezen half open te doen en 2 rugzakken. Massagestoel werd elke dag minstens 1x gebruikt, echt leuke optie. Leuk dat je een pyjama hebt die elke dag wordt opgevouwen of zelfs ververst. 2 flesjes water per dag. Gratis koffie, tandenborstel etc. Enige jammere is geen (coin) laundry. Ze bieden laundry service aan, maar dit dan aan 500 yen per paar sokken, dan koop je er beter nieuwe."

"It’s a typical Tokyo apartment, small but not too small. Expensive for what you get but it’s Tokyo. shower pressure was good, also great amenities in the bathroom! They give you clean towels every day, very good. - can’t open any window. Really annoying when it’s very warm in the room due to the central heating. Old mattress on the bed"

Voldoende en snelle liften aanwezig. Ruime kamers, comfortabel, goede bedden, kleine, maar efficiente badkamer (natuurlijk met 'Japans' toilet), internationale tv-kanalen goed /snel internet. Efficiente en vlotte check-in en check-out. Engelssprekend personeel. Prima schoonmaak service; amenities aanwezig of opvraagbaar. "
