« Excellent location, clean, comfortable. Staff was friendly, the only issue was that we got to breakfast an hour before it ended and there were no eggs other protein or much more than a fee bagels and yogurt. This was informed tonus by the person tending the breakfast area while ahe stood next to still hot griddle. She didn’t offer any alternative. It feels like poor planning. Other than that, it was great. »

« This is the second time I’ve stayed at The Black Swan for the holidays while visiting my family. I like the fact that breakfast is included and they have everything from the traditional “continental” breakfast fare to hard-boiled eggs and microwave-able breakfast sandwiches. I also like the in-room Keurig coffee maker. The guest WiFi was great - no buffering. »

« Loved the big variety of breakfast items ❤️❤️, the suite was more than expected, staff was nice, even though not everyone knows how to keep their kids under control i called front desk because of noises and they took care of it right away. »
