'Very short stay for us, late night check-in and early morning check-out, so we were there for only about 8 hours. The hotel is nice and new, with a spacious room and great amenities. The location was also very convenient for us. However, cleanliness could be improved. The floor had visible stains, and we even found a gummy bear. One of the face towels had someone’s hair in it, even though it was neatly folded. During the night, the AC unit made a loud noise when it turned on. It eventually...

'Room was clean. We never saw staff the entire week we stayed. The breakfast was awful and there were very little food or drink options at the shop near the front desk. Hot water also went away very quickly. My family had to wait for hot water everyday. '

'I travel to see my grandchildren, this place is close and reasonable. However they really need to do better with the floors. The floors are filthy, the rugs are nasty, the sinks are terrible. It's a shame I have to bring my own cleaning supplies to make sure my grandchildren are in a clean environment. If they can do better by those things over it's a nice place. '

'Very quiet area in a very nice side of town. The property itself has been updated and was kept extremely clean. The front desk staff were all courteous and professional, as well as friendly. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area. There are no real amenities, but it is a very nice place for the price, and it is safe and well kept. Oh and they LOVE dogs which was a huge reason we chose this hotel!'
