I had a very uncomfortable and concerning experience during my stay.
In the morning, around 9โ10am, my hotel room was knocked on twice by a stranger. I was not expecting housekeeping or any service, and this made me feel unsafe as a solo guest.
When I reported this to the front desk during check-out, the response was simply โIโm sorry,โ with no follow-up questions, explanation, or any action taken. There was no attempt to investigate what happened or reassure me regarding guest safety.
Safety and security should be a basic standard for any hotel. Unfortunately, both the incident itself and the staffโs indifferent response were disappointing. I would not feel comfortable staying here again.
