Trash Policy:
Please place all trash in the outdoor bins.

If your stay includes a Wednesday, Please bag all your trash and place in outdoor bins. we have valet service to roll out the bins to the street.

Do not create excessive trash — overflowing bins or on the ground will result in a $100 removal fee.

We’re happy to host small gatherings, but please no large parties more than 20 people. To respect our neighbors, events with loud music, many guests or cars and create excessive trash, or marijuana use are not permitted.

For the safety and protection of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are installed in the following areas:

• Backyard: One security camera is located in the backyard and covers the backyard and pool area. The pool is within the camera’s exterior coverage area.

• Front Entrance: One security camera is located at the front entrance and covers the front porch and walkway.

• Garage/Driveway: One security camera is located above the garage door and covers the driveway and the exterior street-facing area.

The cameras are positioned to monitor exterior areas only and do not monitor indoor spaces or private interior areas.

The cameras are installed for safety, security, and property protection. In the event of an accident, safety concern, or property-related incident, security footage may help document what occurred and protect both our guests and the property.

We respect our guests’ privacy and have taken care to follow applicable California privacy laws and Vrbo’s policies regarding exterior security cameras.

Guests may not cover, move, unplug, disconnect, disable, or otherwise tamper with any security camera or its field of view. The cameras must remain in their designated positions and operational throughout the stay for safety and property-protection purposes.
