Luxurious 3 BD in Culver City with Pool& Hot Spa

-I have a large family luxury upper rental place in a decent area in Culver City with a pool, jacuzzi ,and basketball hoop. Big outdoor patio with Bbq area. Central AC and heating in the home.
- Near downtown Culver City . Also very close to Westfield mall and nice restaurants, 3 miles away from the beach. Great sun light and led lights through out the house ..
-My place is close to Ralphs, West Los Angeles College, Exotic Car Rental Lamborghini, Samosa House, and Culver-Palms Family YMCA - YMCA of Metro Los Angeles. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the people, the neighborhood, and the outdoor patio’s space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and a big group .
-No parties, no events . ( only your registered number of guests are allowed to be in the place)
- The place can accommodates 10 people. Also I offer good discounts for long term staying, just let me know how many days and I'll work it out with you.
-It has all towels, linens, shampoo, soap, kitchen essentials ,dish washer, and a laundry section. My place really spacious ,clean and unique. This rental upper place is in the second floor of the property. You need to climb stairs to go for the rental place. There is a permanent tenant live in the first floor level under the upper rental place.The place has 3 rooms . Room 1 has a queen bed and a walking closet, plus a full bathroom . Room 2 has a queen bed, and a walking closet , plus a full bathroom. Room 3 (den) has a day bed (2 twin) , a desk and a full bathroom.
-We can provide 1high chair, 1play bins if needed plus we can add a foldable bed , a queen size air bed mattress, if needed for extra people.
- There is extra $25 per night per person over 5 people.
-From our place , it takes 30 min to go to Universal Studio, 40 min to Knott's Berry Farm, 45 min to Disneyland Adventure .
- LAX is 4 miles away from this place .
-Check in info will be released a day before check in **Upper rental place Rules:
- Pool and Jacuzzi can be used . ( swim under your responsibility)
- Pool / jacuzzi hours ( anytime between 10 am - 10 pm) . Jacuzzi will be turned off at 10 pm . text please one hour before using jacuzzi to heat it up for our guests. Jacuzzi needs time -average 30 min-to heat up. Phone number will be released before check in date with check in info . Check in info will be released a day before the check in date .
-NO any kind of glass around the pool area ( only plastic or paper products)
-Pool can be used under weather temperature, Only hot tub ( jacuzzi) can be heated
- No indoor smoking
- No pets
-No parties, No events ( only your registered number of guests are allowed to be in the place)
-No loud music at all the time , it’s a quiet neighborhood .
- Drug free house
-Breaking to any of the previous rules will be subject of a fine of $300.
- children are welcomed however must be supervised at all times .
- Owner does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury for any guests or their invitees or their personal property. .
-Guests are expected to leave the place in the same general condition as existed prior to the rental term.

We enjoyed the location (central for what we were doing in LA) and the neighborhood was great. The hosts were wonderful to work with, very prompt and helpful. There were a few odd things including a very minimally stocked kitchen (exactly 5 forks, for example) with questionable condition/quality to some of the items in the kitchen itself. Street parking was okay - we actually had to park a block over Friday night because of a sports game at the school down the street which was fine but not necessarily ideal. Overall - I liked the layout and the decor. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay, and it was great for all of our needs, the pool, hot tub, and basketball court were fun for the entire family. The location was great for all tourist attractions, and the house was comfortable and clean and spacious enough for entire family! One shower did leak and there was a shade that fell but did not take away from the visit or lovely time we had! Our host was quick to turn on hot tub and answer any questions we had!

Really nice place with a pool and basketball hoop. The location in Culver City is centrally located, making for easy access to Santa Monica and Hollywood Blvd. The hosts were always attentive and available by texting for any small issues. The neighborhood is clean, quiet, and safe, and downtown Culver City has some nice shops and cafes to explore as well. There is a propane BBQ grill which is also nice to use. If you are concerned that this place is on the second floor of a home, with the owners living below, it wasn't a problem for us at all. The owners let us have the pool and jacuzzu whenever we wanted, and we didn't even see them at all in person during our visit.

Beautiful home, amazing settings and hope and pray they continue with offing this gem up for future stays! I felt so blessed to stumble upon this home. Only thing to warn about is the hot water takes forever to get to back of the house, however when it does watch out! It is supper hot! Worth the wait!

Spacious Place to Stay

My family had a nice time at this location. The upper unit is very spacious, and there's a nice large dining room table for meals. The configuration of the unit is a bit strange, with a giant bath/shower within the "third" room. And the kitchen has large counters with no outlets. Nothing the host can fix, but just something to note. It's not the most well planned design. Hot tub is a huge plus! Balcony is great for sitting. Overall, no complaints.

5 of us stayed here after a conference in LA to brainstorm for our businesses and the location was just perfect. Close to the conference in downtown LA and the airport. The hosts were very helpful and clear in their communication. The property is quite unique, secluded, and we enjoyed the big open living/dining area and 3 bedrooms and bathrooms with a nice area in the kitchen to set out food while we worked. It is located on the second floor at the back of the property so something to note if you have people in your party unable to do stairs while carrying large pieces of luggage. But, we didn't mind and would happily stay here again!

Misrepresented with BUGS

First off in the app we only rent and have selected whole house this is not a whole house people are living underneath this rental. When we got there parking is a hassle street parking is not readily available its was a walk to trek our belongings in the hose this was nothing that we expected. Thursday was our check in when we received a text letting us know we Do not have the property to ourselves. The grounds were not maintained from missing tile to a filthy pool and spa a yellow green color nothing like in the pictures leaves were everywhere. The worst thing after feeling like we have been scammed was the bugs termite like flying ants where all over the house I put a shirt on after it was hung in the closet it had these bugs on it every bathroom had bugs in it I found a window slightly open thinking they were coming from there the window handle to close was broken just seemed like is was ran down cheap furniture. After we got there I read through every negative review is seem they have had the same issues again and again with the same response from the owners I could have fixed it immediately the house should be cared for from the beginning. Not while I'm there I don't want people I don't know fixing or spraying pesticides in the house im in with my family. Just an awful experience for me I could not understand how this place had the rating it had more vetting need to happen for VRBO. Door lock is still not working properly beds are still very cheap and uncomfortable leak

The stay was cool. I did not know the property was a guest house in back of the main house. The advertisement says “a rental,” which was a bit misleading. The front bathroom was not fully functional and the mini portable fan did not work. However, the location was good for all the events.

Fantastic Family Stay

Our family (4 adults, 15yr old and 13 yr old) stayed at this wonderful property for 1 week at the beginning of July for a vacation. The hosts, Amir and Tresa were very easy to deal with and responded quickly with any inquiries that we had. Very convenient location as the property was less than a 20 minute drive from LAX. It was also fairly close and easy to navigate to various tourist spots around the LA area. Lots of street parking was always available in front of the residence. Well kept place which we appreciated every room having its own full bathroom. The pool and jacuzzi in the backyard were nice to unwind and enjoy after a long day of touring around. Thank you to Amir and Tresa for hosting our family and we look forward to returning in the future!

Very accommodating for 6 segments of our fam! Enough area to spread out for privacy and also awesome general area to sit and converse, and the jacuzzi was such a treat every evening to wind down from our busy day! 😁. Will definitely hope this place is available when we return! Also a great location to get to anything! And the beauty and privacy of the glamorous entry makes it your own!
