'My husband, son and I stayed there for a lacrosse tournament at Stony Brook. The apt. was very clean and perfect for 2-3 people. The AC is run by the main house and when it got a little warm the first day I reached out to Stu and he and his wife quickly lowered the temp for us and it was perfect. 'Lunavista Cozy studio was an amazing stay. The owners were very communicative and friendly. The room was very clean, smelled nice, and well organized. Lots of amenities and everything I wanted was provided including toiletries. The only minor downside was that the location as it is along a very busy roadway but I had no issues personally. Check-in and check-out process was smooth. Would definitely stay here again!'

'This was a great place to stay if attending an event at the USB Arena, was there to see Grace Potter and Chris Stapleton. Was an easy walk back to the place without dealing with parking lot traffic. Would definitely stay again for any other event. Place was clean and had everything we needed, would recommend! '

'I stayed here for 10 days while dealing with a family situation. The space provided a wonderful respite after stressful days. It has everything you need to feel at home. There is great natural light with skylights. Louis was very accommodating when I asked to stay for a few more nights. The location was very good and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. '
