  • Welcome to my two-bedroom home in the heart of Soho, a space I’ve designed to feel calm, bright and comfortable despite being in one of London’s most lively and vibrant neighbourhoods.

    The apartment is set on the fourth floor of a beautiful listed Victorian building with lift access, which is a rare and valuable feature in central London. It combines period character with modern comfort, offering generous proportions and a peaceful atmosphere while being moments away from everything Soho has to offer.

    The living room is the heart of the home, filled with natural light from large windows and enhanced by high ceilings with original decorative detailing. The space feels open, elegant and inviting, and is ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the city. There is a comfortable seating area, a dining table, and a characterful fireplace, creating a space that works equally well for quiet evenings or shared meals.

    There are two well-proportioned bedrooms. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and built-in wardrobes, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and additional storage. Both rooms are designed to be simple, calm and comfortable, providing a restful environment for a good night’s sleep.

    The apartment includes a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything needed for cooking at home, including an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. This makes it particularly convenient for longer stays, allowing you to settle in and feel at home.

    The bathroom is clean and modern, with a walk-in shower and all essential amenities.

    For entertainment and connectivity, the apartment offers high-speed WiFi throughout and a television with Apple TV in the living room.

    One of the things I love most about the apartment is its location. Soho is one of London’s most exciting and characterful areas, known for its restaurants, cafés, theatres and atmosphere. You are surrounded by some of the best dining and entertainment options in the city, with everything right on your doorstep.

    The Harry Potter theatre is directly opposite the apartment, and Covent Garden, Chinatown and Leicester Square are all within three minutes on foot. Whether you are visiting for theatre, food, shopping or simply to explore, you are perfectly positioned to experience central London.

    Despite this incredibly central location, the apartment remains a calm and comfortable place to return to at the end of the day.

    The apartment is very easy to reach by public transport. Tottenham Court Road and Leicester Square stations are both around a 4 minute walk away, providing access to multiple Underground lines. Tottenham Court Road also offers direct access to Heathrow via the Elizabeth line, with a journey time of approximately 45 minutes.

    For guests arriving from Paris via Eurostar, St Pancras International is also very convenient, with a direct Underground connection to Leicester Square in around 10 minutes.

    Guests have full access to the entire apartment during their stay. The building has a secure entrance with a buzzer system, and lift access to the fourth floor.

    I want you to feel at home during your stay and enjoy the apartment as much as I do. I am always available if you need anything or would like recommendations for the area, while otherwise leaving you to enjoy the space independently.

    The apartment is professionally cleaned and carefully prepared before each stay, and additional cleaning can be arranged during longer visits if required.

    As this is my home within a residential building, I kindly ask guests to be respectful of neighbours, particularly in the evenings.

    For those interested in London’s literary history, the building carries a quiet but distinctive connection to literature. It is said to be “The Circus” in John le Carré’s Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, lending a sense of intrigue and character to its surroundings.

    It also sits two doors down from 84 Charing Cross Road, the former bookshop immortalised in Helene Hanff’s “84 Charing Cross Road”, a personal favourite of mine. The book was later adapted into a film starring Anthony Hopkins and Judi Dench. I always leave a copy of the book in the flat for guests who may wish to discover it during their stay.

The flat is situated in the heart of the theatre district so almost all theatres are a short walk. Mark was an excellent host. He greeted us and gave us an excellent walk- through of his flat. This is an immaculate, very comfortable flat that was perfect for our family of four during a 7‑night stay. We especially appreciated the full kitchen with dishwasher, which made it easy to feel at home. Mark is a fantastic host and responded quickly and helpfully the couple of times we had questions.The neighborhood is lively and busy, which we enjoyed, and although there was some street noise at times, we never had any trouble sleeping. Beds are very comfortable and shower had instant hot water. We loved being so close to many major sights and having Tottenham Court Road Tube station just a very short walk away made getting around London (and to and from Gatwick airport) incredibly convenient. We have already told Mark we hope to come back and stay again next year.

Excellent flat

Perfect location—Mark is wonderful, very responsive to all questions in a prompt manner, gave nice recommendations and was helpful when needed. One note-it’s a key entrance, so on occasion when 3 of us were there, had to work out how to manage two keys. Other than that-perfect!

A wonderful stay in London. I was able to go to work in the neighborhood knowing my wife and baby were enjoying the noise proof rooms. A great mix of classic london building with tons of modern updates to the flat's interior. Everything went great!

Absolutely Amazing!

This was by far the best stay we've ever had. Aside from the host being the best, the flat and location couldn't have been better. You're literally right in the middle of everything. You can walk to anything. We highly recommend and will definitely pick this place again the next time we're in London!

Magical…..in 5 Star Accommodations

The property was even better than the pictures. The location was hands down the best I have ever stayed in London. I could walk to everything, theater, wonderful restaurants, historical sites, museums, beautiful Christmas decorations. The accommodations felt like home. Mark is a five star host, the best I have ever met. He is charming and helpful on about everything about London. He left a wonderful starter gift of delicious items. He recommended a five star restaurant on a glass ceiling bus that took a two hour tour of London one evening. ( after he had taken the bus with his Parents) If you have a chance to choose this flat, you will be thrilled..

One of the best Rentals I’ve ever stayed at!

Ok this might by one of the best rental’s my family has ever stayed! We were floored at all the sweet touches included in the week we spent in Mark’s place! I messaged Mark to let him know I was coming with my children and he went above and beyond with helping provide a cot for the baby, and snacks for my older child. He was so kind and patient when our train was delayed. The place is so clean, and smells like a fancy boutique when you walk in. The beds are SO COMFY and he has invested in very high quality sheets and it’s such a nice touch when you’ve been traveling. The rooms are spacious and well lit with natural light and there are fans, reading lamps, closet space, hangers, extra pillows and all the things one would need for a holiday. The building is really cute and charming and in the best neighborhood of London! The street is bustling and so vibrant, amazing food and lovely coffee spots everywhere. Mark left us some suggestions and we thoroughly enjoyed a few of them! Try home slice! The flat is cozy, quiet and very comfortable, but very chic and modern. A perfect place to rest after a day of shopping or partying- we will def be staying here again!!

Excellent stay-very highly recommend!

We could not be happier with our 10 day stay and our host, Mark! From the moment I contacted him with initial questions until the day we left, he was friendly, prompt with communication and full of helpful information. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He allowed us to check in early, as we arrived on an overnight flight, and even surprised us with groceries, champagne and chocolates! It was so nice to drop off our luggage, eat and freshen up before starting our first day. The apartment is beautiful, very clean, well appointed and is in a great location within walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, theaters and tube stations. The wi-fi service was strong and we were able to work from there, the neighbors were quiet and the building and location felt secure and safe. It was nice to be in the center of so much activity but to also have space to relax and spread out at the end of the day. (We are a family of three adults so the large two bedroom apartment was much more comfortable than sharing a hotel room). Being able to do laundry was an additional perk as we didn’t have to pack as much and Mark even had umbrellas available so you don’t have to pack those either. We would very highly recommend this location, and Mark as a host, to anyone visiting London!
