'The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I had nothing but good encounters with them. My complaint is with the property itself. The hotel is run down and in desperate need of renovation. The rooms and hallway smelled funny, with strange stains on the hallway carpet outside my room. I requested a different room after learning the A/C unit produced a squeaking noise like a rusty hamster wheel. The front desk cheerfully assigned me to a different room, and its A/C unit was better. ...
