'Airco on at all times unless you’ll pull the keycard from the holder. Wish there was an easy option to shut off the blower. Even when selecting low it’s still too hard. Pictures from the site don’t align with what we got. Interior wise yes, but room and view not at all. (Open view to the river but we could only see a roof from a nearby building. That said: the rest is all as expected and friendly staff. Still recommend to go there.'

'Mooie kamers, uitgebreid ontbijt.'

'Schone, fijne kamer.

Personeel spreekt engels iha. Locatie is uitstekend.'

Verder prima.'

The biggest issue is the housekeeping. You have to request it in advance, but this is now the second time I requested it and nobody showed up. I even asked twice at reception in person, but the room still wasn’t cleaned and the bed wasn’t made. The hotel’s AI chatbot is also quite frustrating and mostly gives generic...
