« Welcome and instructions were fine. Spacious, well-equipped apartment, but impersonal (all white everywhere and no real decor). Relatively clean. Location: great location. Close to the center, the main square, tourist attractions, cafes, and restaurants. The only negative point: the apartment we stayed in overlooks an inner courtyard and is not well soundproofed. « Yes this place is costly but for the experience it’s underpriced. We loved the SPA and renting bikes to tour the country bike trails all around Valkenburg. Highly recommend the apartments for privacy and direct proximity to the SPA and cathedral. 10/10 »

« Was very jet lagged which is probably why I didn’t think the checkin process was smooth,as it was all digital. Luckily, we got there before reception closed and they could walk me through app. In Cabin 41 there were bed linens, some cleaning supplies, clothes dry rack, working AC. had to pay extra for a hand towel and a bath towel which I don’t believe was explained in the listing.
