'Restaurants and location were great. Had to wait in a long line when my keycards were not working. Extended checkout time was not possible despite being a Hilton Gold member. Room was cleaned only once in three nights.'

'In general the property was quite nice. Rooms are spacious if somewhat run down (they were doing some renovations though so that might be solved soon). It is in a nice location by the ocean and the bar/restaurant was very enjoyable with good staff. The pool is somewhat small but acceptable, the private lagoon somewhat makes up for this though (it is also a great place to try out your snorkel before going into the ocean). 'Loved the fact that the cleaning staff not only took out the towels each day, but still swept and mopped (most days). It was a bit challenging getting new towels and wash clothes, but they would bring them up at some time during the day. The room was a good size and it was nice having the full kitchen with dishes, fridge, and our own washer and dryer (to keep up with our swim gear and towels). We would have loved to stay in this hotel if they had one on the Hilo side as well. Best bang for your...
